If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then we offer a replacement or refund policy, please contact us to arrange the return of the goods. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thebotanicalblueprint.com. 

All shipping back to The Botanical Blueprint is to be paid for by the customer. We recommend that your carrier gives you a ‘proof of delivery’ as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. 

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging 1-2 days

Manufacturing time: Every product in our store is handmade with care. We offer ready-to-ship items for quick delivery and a made-to-order service, which takes about 2-4 weeks from crafting to shipping.

Shipping time: Delivery usually takes about 5-7 business days. However, if you're in a hurry, contact us by email or social media, and we'll do our best to expedite your order.
